As an indication of how well the extended stay hotel market is operating, business at a Wichita, Kansas based Value Place increased 7 percent since January 2009, and more than 40 new locations are scheduled to open nationwide by the end of the year. The company recently opened is 100th property and 45 franchise groups have committed to build nearly 700 Value Place hotels over the next five years. The brand is attractive for franchisers due to low overhead and high demand for affordable extended stay lodging. Rents range from $169 a week to nearly $300, depending on the local market. Value Place Extended-Stay Hotels

NobleOutReach is in the construction phase and sitework is underway for the Value Place at 3000 General de Gaulle Drive, Algiers, LA (New Orleans). The property is located near the New Orleans Federal City development which has nearly 1,500 transient Navy and Marine Corps Reserve personnel transiting the area on a weekly basis who will require temporary lodging.
